Will Jeff Session and the US Federal Maine Attorney General Remove Recreational Marijuana from States Rights

There has been a lot of news today as the US attorney general Jeff Sessions rescinded a number of Obama memos that protected the Rights of States to choose marijuana reform through public voting and democracy by the people. That is part of the democratic process of the 13th amendment, which gives states rights to choose how to better serve their constituents through state initiated ballots.

Sates' rights and the 13th amendment are always very important for the Republican party to dominate control of conservative voters in typically conservative states. But when states rights come into play through voter led initiatives to bring individual freedoms that the Deep State is opposed to,  then let hell-fire reign.    Marijuana is the personal choice of an individual,   not so different than Gay Marriage, sexual orientation, right to die, abortion, or any other personal freedom.

Some Federal protections must be in place to better serve and protect out state democracies and the choices of the voting public within those states.
